WHEN: Optional practices: May 1st & 4th, 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm; Track meet: May 6th, 8:30 am start

Learn the fundamentals of Track and Field including running, sprint development, speed development, running long jump, and the throwing events!

PRACTICE TIMES: May 1st & 4th 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm @ Green Sports Track

TRACK MEET: May 6th  Pre-K-6th grades ~ Field Events, 8:30 am and  Running Events, 11:15 am @ Green Sports Track

Instructors: PHS Track coaches and students

Fee: $10 ($15 after deadline)

Parent volunteers are needed to help supervise small groups during station time and track meet.

Pre-K Students will compete in the long jump, softball throw, and 50M dash

Kindergarten students will compete in the long jump, softball throw, and 50M dash

1st/2nd Grade: Select 3 events from: Long jump, softball throw, 50M Dash, 100M Dash, 200M Dash, 400M Dash

3rd/4th Grade: Select 3 events from: Long jump, high jump, shot put, turbo javelin, 100M Dash, 200M Dash, 400M Dash

5th/6th Grade: Select 4 events from: Long jump, high jump, shot put, turbo javelin, 100M Dash, 200M Dash, 400M Dash
